I particularly liked the way the lead cleaner described the PH balance of the solutions that they were using on our carpets. The acidic neutralizing rinse makes sure the floor doesn’t feel crunchy or sticky when it is dry. That extra step means our floors are very silky and totally residue-free.
My kids have turned the giant living room ottoman into a trampoline and it's forever soiled with imprints. Steam cleaning the hefty cloth removed all the dark grime and restored the original bright blue hue. The furniture which is the focus is clean and the living space appears a lot tidier today.
Thick outdoor seats were covered in tree algae and bird poop. Power-washings of the tough material killed any dirt from outside. We are pleased to be hosting barbecues from our clean chairs again.

If you try to wash a multicoloured braided rug in a normal washing machine it will probably bleed. The red and blue dyes stayed separate when it was delivered to their specialist facilities. The vivid hues look beautiful sitting on our kitchen floor.
In a heatwave, a discarded chocolate bar melted into our basement couch cushions. First they cooled the chocolate to firm it, then they could safely scrape it away and steam the rest. Their innovative tactics absolutely rescued our favourite movie-watching area.
My home office rug was severely damaged by a printer cartridge leak ink stain. A chemical solution fully removed the heavy black ink without affecting the rug's colour.
The carpet in the hallway just inside our front entrance was destroyed by dirty work boots. The dirt was clearly visible, ground in deep, even after many runs over it with a heavy-duty home hoover.
Use with caution. A linen sofa can quickly shrink if you steam it and don't do it well. Thankfully their low-moisture process maintained the cloth taut, brilliant and precisely fitting for the cushions.
Pet stains had been bothering me for months, but now you can barely tell they were ever there.
